Architectural Carving

We carve architectural elements in limestone, marble, and soft sandstone, such as capitals, columns, panels, and moldings with embellishment.

These elements may be incorporated into entranceways, gateways, gardens, window treatments, fireplace façades, and religious buildings.

For historical projects, we can work from plaster molds and templates, or re-create missing carvings using photographs or historical records.

For new construction, we prefer to draw from architectural ideas of the past, since the dimensions and proportions were originally designed around natural stone. We value the feeling of history and permanence that hand-carved stone imparts.

All work is done at our facility in New Mexico, and will be shipped to your location.
